Objectives
Our brief was to deliver a one-day practical skillls based programme that would enable head chefs, kitchen managers and/or nominated kitchen trainers to effectively train new recipes or procedures to their kitchen teams. The brief was also to encourage kitchen managers to use their own skills and style to the training rather than deliver it as robots.
What We Did
The pilot programme was introduced in one region at Toby Carvery before being rolled out across the estate. In 2008-9 the programme will be introduced in other brands including Harvester and All Bar One
