Anger Management Courses Jan/Feb 2010
New year resolutions don't work because you need to be really committed to wanting to work on your anger for it to work. Too often its easy to set yourself up for failure. Try this instead...and get £30 off

New Years Resolutions don't really work because we are rarely really committed to making real changes.

The forced climate of the New Years Resolution means we sign up to making change but we are not really invested in it nor ready for it.

It's all to easy to give up a few days into January and end up laughing and joking with the smokers who didn't give up and the obese who didn't stick to their diets. <harsh>

Gym companies rely on the fact that we all stop going to the gym after a few visits- many don't ever visit- imagine if all the members turned up...there would be problems!

Anger Management rarely works as a New Year's Resolution because its one of the toughest addictions to break, and make no mistake it is an addiction.

My recommendation would be to get  a structured plan together <sounds dull> and work with a Coach or Counsellor to find out the root cause.

Our quick start Anger Management Programmes last a day and give you a series of tools and practical ways to start tackling your anger.

Our on-going monthly My Anger Coach programme keeps you on the right path for as long as you need it!

If you want to know more drop me a line or visit the courses section to find out more. The January 9th programme is full but we have spaces on Saturday Jan 16th and Monday 18th January and NEW! Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th February one day courses added

Good luck!

Case Study

Mark joined our one day Anger Management course in September 2009.

Initially he was skeptical, how could a one day course change anything as he and his partner Julie were at the point of breaking up.
